Things to Remember While Using F-BLOCK

A. For general use, take 2 caplets 15 minutes before meals with a large glass of water.

A. You do not have to be on any special diet or plan to use F-BLOCK. Many people on low fat diets find it restrictive, and F-BLOCK gives them the option to eat the things they enjoy without sabotaging their diet.

Q. Is F-BLOCK safe?

A. Yes. However, some vitamins are fat-soluble (A, D, E, and K) as well as certain medications and essential fatty acids and they will be absorbed by F-BLOCK. These should be taked at least four hours before or after ingesting F-BLOCK.
